Some practical information:
Don’t weigh yourself down: bathrobes, towels and slippers are provided.
Hair dryers are available.
Just bring your toilet bag (shampoo, shower gel, etc.)
We will welcome you with a cup of tea. Then you can sit down and watch a short video showing you inside the hammam and the various steps and rituals.

What to expect at the hammam

Inside the hammam, you can either be naked or wear a sarong or swimming costume, except for in the restaurant, where you must wear your bathrobe.
For hygiene reasons, you must wear your slippers at all times.
Temperature in the hammam:
– Resting area: 25°C.
– Warm room: 35°C.
– Steam room: 45°C.
– Sauna: 80°C.

Before your epilation treatment

On average, you need to allow 4–5 weeks of regrowth before an epilation treatment.
Epilation treatments are performed before you enter the hammam.
You must book an appointment on +33 1 43 06 55 55, specifying the areas that you want epilated.

Payment

You pay at reception, when you choose your package.
However, you can still order teas and cakes in the resting area or add a treatment halfway through.
You will pay the additional amount when you return your changing room key.
Please note that cheques and luncheon vouchers are no longer accepted.
Only credit/debit cards (excluding American Express) and cash are accepted.
